These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bd435. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between bd435 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you, the registered user ("Player", "you", "your"). 1. Eligibility to Use bd435

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated period may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
bd435 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the bd435 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the reversal of the deposit and may trigger an account review.
- bKash — mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited, a subsidiary of BRAC Bank.
- Nagad — mobile financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office in partnership with Third Wave Technologies.
- Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited.
- Upay — mobile financial service operated by UCash, a subsidiary of United Commercial Bank.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is granted by bd435 support following a manual review. All withdrawals are subject to KYC completion.
- Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fulfilled in full before a withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed.
- bd435 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at bd435's discretion.
- Withdrawal processing times may vary. bd435 targets same-day processing for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) but does not guarantee this timeframe in all cases.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins and promotional credits issued by bd435 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. It is each player's responsibility to read and understand the terms of any promotion before claiming it.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player per promotion period unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

4.2 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms
The bd435 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. The maximum welcome bonus amount is ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the combined sum of the deposit and the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited; unused portions will expire automatically at the end of this period. 5. Prohibited Conduct and Responsible Gaming
5.1 Prohibited Conduct

- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period or provision of fraudulent identity documents.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd435 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or service interruptions. bd435 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from interruptions. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. bd435's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
